Escape anxious thinking loops for good
Escaping Anxious Thinking Loops founders' price ÂŁ120Break free from anxious thinking loops and reclaim your peace of mind.
If youâre plagued with thoughts spiralling out of control, it's time to discover how to rein them in.  Too often we try to muddle through, groping for clarity, hoping that the irrational chaos will stop. But breaking free from anxious thinking requires strategy and easy, practical things to do, for both our rational and unconscious minds.
The cost of being overwhelmed by anxious thinking loops
Anxious thinking loops make us feel frustrated and helpless. Â They play havoc with our emotional responses, distort how we see events and situations, and sabotage our decision-making. Â Can you relate to any of these?
- Our natural negative bias - we are so focused on the risk, we canât plan successfully for the gains.
- Generalising - our brains like a short cut, so we persuade ourselves that if something bad (or good) happens once, it will always happen that way. Â This prevents us from assessing situations clearly and making the right decisions.
- Catastrophising - our imagination leads us straight to the worst possible scenarios, and we canât break free to imagine more realistic or successful outcomes. Â This stops us effectively from planning successful outcomes, and can be hugely distressing.
- Black and white thinking - if we can only imagine one particular, successful outcome, then we exclude all other ways of achieving success. Â This drastically narrows our options. Â It also means that if the preferred (white) way does not work out, then we catastrophise (black thinking).
- Labelling - we label ourselves or others, as âhardworkingâ, or âlazyâ, âcourageousâ, or âfearfulâ, âintelligentâ, or âdimâ. Â Labels restrict us and donât allow for growth or change.
- Personalising - we take everything personally, we imagine itâs all our fault, or itâs all about us. Â This prevents us from seeing what is really going on and puts us under terrible pressure.
Being dragged into anxious thinking loops feels awful, hijacks our emotions, clouds our rational thinking, and impacts our decision-making. Â It can even prevent us from taking action, even when we know (theoretically) the right thing to do.

How is this programme going to help?
Â
In short videos (maximum twenty minutes long), we identify the our negative bias at work, and the five  major types of anxious thinking loops. We discover how to spot them, and exactly how to avoid them.  Then we make sure we can do it for our own loops.
We then practise three simple mindset hacks to prevent anxious thinking loops occurring in the first place.
Then we go deep into the unconscious brain and discover easy mind-body hand movements which slow our racing thoughts down, so we can escape the loop and bring our thoughts back under our control. Â
